Select a Sponsor, Study, and Environment in Mentor EDC

If your access is limited to a single environment for your sponsor/study, your landing page immediately displays after you log in, without using the steps below.
 

Follow the steps below to Select an Environment in EDC.

1. When you have access to multiple Sponsors, Studies, or Study Environments, use the drop-down menus to select a Sponsor, Study, and Environment.
• Study, Sponsor, and Environment are required fields.
• If you do not make a selection an error message may display onscreen.
• The Sponsor and Study fields populate automatically if you have access to only one.
• After an option is selected in each category, the Load Study button becomes active.
2. Click the Load Study button to proceed.

Select a different Sponsor, Study, Environment While Logged In

• While logged in, use the Change Context link at the top of the screen to select a different Sponsor, Study, or Study Environment, then click the Load Study button.
• To exit this dialog box without making any changes, click the “x” button at the top right of the dialog box.
• Refer to Change Context From Breadcrumb Trail for another way to select a different Sponsor, Study, or Study Environment.
