Onscreen Messages in Mentor EDC

Onscreen Status Messages Display in Many Locations in this System

• Onscreen messages may display briefly when you make changes.
• In progress message transitions to either complete (green background) with no action needed and message disappears or to failed (red background) with a dialog box displaying the error message that remains on the screen.
• Click the OK button to dismiss an error message.
• The background color of the message changes, allowing you to see at a glance the status of your change.
• Background Message Color Reference
• Blue = In progress
• Green = Complete – no action required
• Yellow = Complete – follow up may be required
• Red = Error occurred, action failed to complete; refer to the error message that displays for troubleshooting information and issue resolution.
