How to Log In and Manage Password in Mentor EDC

You can also click here for step-by-step details about opening a Support ticket from this article or from the Sitero website. On the Support screen, scroll down to view a table of telephone numbers, listed by country OR fill in the required and optional fields to open a support ticket.

Follow the steps below to Log In to Sitero Mentor EDC.

  1. Enter or paste the URL (example: https://edc.siteromentor.com/ ) in the URL bar and click the enter button (keyboard).
  2. The Sign In screen displays.
  3. Enter your User Name and Password in the applicable fields.
  4. Click the Sign in button.

Follow the steps below to Reset a Forgotten Password

  1. On the Sign In screen, click the Forgot Password link.
  2. A Reset Password dialog box displays.
  3. Enter the Email address that is associated with your credentials.
  4. Click the Submit button.
  5. An email is sent with a temporary password.
  6. Use that password to log in and the system will prompt you to change your password.
