Interact with Mentor RTSM via Mentor EDC

Add and Update Data in Mentor RTSM Directly from Mentor EDC

Use the Mentor EDC buttons to Create Subject Records, Randomize, Discontinue, Dispense, and Replace Kit
in Mentor RTSM.

• When your Sitero Mentor EDC environment connects to the Sitero Mentor RTSM, additional button options display (when configured and permission based), allowing you to create and update RTSM data directly from this system.
• When the screen on your device cannot display all available buttons, an Overflow menu displays (3 vertical dots on a color background). Open that menu and click to select an option.
• The RTSM buttons display ONLY for permissioned users when the environment is configured to connect to
  Mentor RTSM.

 

Create Subject in RTSM

• Use this option to Add a Subject in RTSM from the EDC system.
• This button displays in the system after you click on a form designated to allow this type of RTSM integration for a subject in the EDC system.

1. Click to select a Subject form, then click the Create Subject in RTSM button.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete this action.

 

Randomize Subject in RTSM

• Use this option to Randomize a subject in the RTSM system from the EDC system.
• This button displays in the system after you click on a form designated to allow this type of RTSM integration for a subject in the EDC system.

1. Click to select a Subject form, then click the Randomize in RTSM button.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete this action.

 

Discontinue Subject in RTSM

• Use this option to Discontinue a subject in the RTSM system from the EDC system.
• This button displays in the system after you click on a form designated to allow this type of RTSM integration for a subject in the EDC system.

1. Click to select a Subject form, then click the Discontinue in RTSM button.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete this action.

 

Dispense Subject in RTSM

• Use this option to Dispense a subject in the RTSM system from the EDC system.
• This button displays when configured in the environment AFTER using the Randomize in RTSM feature in the EDC system.

1. Click to select a Subject form, then click the Dispense in RTSM button.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete this action.

 

Replace Kit in RTSM

• Use this option to Replace a Kit in the RTSM system from the EDC system.
• This button displays when configured in the environment AFTER using the Dispense in RTSM feature in the EDC system.

1. Click to select a Subject form, then click the Replace Kit in RTSM button.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete this action.
