How to Log In and Manage Password in Mentor EDC

Follow the steps below to Log In to Sitero Mentor EDC.
- Enter or paste the URL (example: https://edc.siteromentor.com/ ) in the URL bar and click the enter button (keyboard).
- The Sign In screen displays.
- Enter your User Name and Password in the applicable fields.
- Click the Sign in button.
Follow the steps below to Reset a Forgotten Password
- On the Sign In screen, click the Forgot Password link.
- A Reset Password dialog box displays.
- Enter the Email address that is associated with your credentials.
- Click the Submit button.
- An email is sent with a temporary password.
- Use that password to log in and the system will prompt you to change your password.
