System Buttons in Mentor RTSM
The table below provides description information for icons that are available throughout the system.
| Icon | Description |
| Hover over this icon to display a list of announcements that may include details for system activity. | |
| Hover over this icon to display a drop-down menu of options. Click on an option navigate to the screen for your selection. Follow the onscreen prompts that display to continue. | |
| Click this icon to initiate the Import function. | |
| Click this icon to initiate the Export function. | |
| Enter complete or partial information, then click the Enter key on your keyboard or the icon to the right of the search term to initiate the search feature. | |
| In Mentor RTSM, click this icon (settings) to display the following options: Show/Hide/Clear filters, adjust Row Spacing, Manage/Resize/Reorder columns, change Maximum Rows per Page. In RTSM Reporting, when this icon is located in the row of a report, click the icon to initiate the “run report” action. |

| Click this icon to Save data and settings. | |
| Export to file. | |
| Click this icon to initiate the Regenerate Report option. This icon displays in the grid (Reports column) on the Visit Schedule tile. |

| Click this icon to refresh the screen or grid display.
When selected, the system reloads the data display in the grid from the database. Refreshed data may include data modified by other users and/or integration activities. |

| Click this icon to initiate the edit process for a visit record. | |
| Click this icon (located to the far-right column of the grid) to view details for the item in that row. | |
| Click this icon (located to the far-right column of the grid) to edit details for the item in that row. | |
| Click the view details icon on the Visits screen to show details for the selection. When your role/permissions include Edit permission on this screen, additional options may display. | |
| Click this icon (trashcan icon at far-right column of the grid) to delete the item in that row. | |
| Click this icon (expand dialog box size) to open a dialog box to fill the height of your screen. | |
| Click this icon (retract dialog box size) to return an expanded dialog box to original size. | |
| Click this icon, located at the top right side of most grids, to change the grid display. Options include show all records available in a single grid or show on multiple pages (screens). | |
| View as Graph – This icon displays above a grid when the screen includes multiple view options to represent data. | |
| View as Chart – This icon displays above a grid when the screen includes multiple view options to represent data. | |
| This icon displays to indicate that a change has been made to a standard configuration on some level (e.g., permission set role added or removed, etc.). | |
| Toggle On/Off – when gray with white ellipse on the left side, a feature is turned “Off”. | |
| Toggle On/Off – when green with white ellipse on the right side, a feature is turned “On”. |
