Resupply Settings in Mentor RTSM

The Resupply parameters provide the ability to set the Resupply configurations for each component of the study at the following levels:

  • Study Mode
  • Country Group Mode
  • Country Group
  • Site Profile Mode
  • Site Mode

Remember, if a parameter value is specified at more than one level, the value at the lower level in the hierarchy will override any higher-level values.

Resupply Settings

The resupply parameter values in play for each site do not need to be specified at the same level in the geographic hierarchy.

For example: A Site’s initial supply level for a given Kit Type may be specified at the Study level (implying that the initial value is null at the country group, country, site group, and site level), the Floor Value may be specified at the Country level and the Ceiling value may be specified at the Site level.

The best way to determine a Site’s effective resupply parameter values is to look at the lowest level in the geographic hierarchy for each parameter, see if it is valued and if not, move to the next highest level in the hierarchy until a value is identified.

The hierarchy override in these tiles works when all parameters are set at the Study Level. Then only the specific Parameters that are different for a Country Group, Country, or Site, display on those respective tabs. If a lower-level tab does not have a value populated for a Parameter, it inherits the value from the higher-level tab.

  • The Resupply Settings screen provides options to configure and control the site resupply algorithm in five (5) major categories: Basic Settings, Predictive Model, Shipment Containers, Schedule, Kit Level Settings.

Use the Save and Cancel buttons located in the Resupply Settings header, as required.
