Action Buttons in Mentor RTSM

Action Buttons display available options for use on a selected screen. Some buttons in this system display additional information onscreen when you hover over the button.
The figure below shows some examples of button locations in this system.

The table below provides description information for most buttons that are available.
Remember button names in this system may be customized to identify the process being performed when the button is used. Button color may give an indication of the effect on the record, e.g., red = stop or pause, blue = add or edit.

Button Description
Account Use this button to account for dispensed kits for the selected subject, to quickly and easily process kits during a subject visit.
Actions Click the Actions button to open a drop-down menu of actions available on the screen.  Available actions vary based on your location in the system and the permissions assigned to your account.
Activate A permissioned user can Activate records.  Also, see Inactivate.
+ Add | Add [Custom] The Add button may be customized to reflect the process for which it is used.  E.g., Add Study, Add Sub Lot, Add Rule.
Add Site Custom Data Permissioned users may click this button to initiate the process to include custom data for a Site.
Apply Click this button to apply configured settings to the record.
Approve Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Assign Demo Kit Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Back Click this button to move back one screen at a time when multiple screens of information are presented separately.
Break Blind Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Cancel This button may be customized on some screens to provide details about the process to that is being performed, e.g., Cancel Shipment.
Change TG Click this button to initiate the process to change the Subject’s assigned Treatment Group.
+ Choose Click this button to initiate the process of selecting a file for upload in the RTSM system.
Close Click this button to close the dialog box or dismiss a screen.
Compare This button displays for administration users after selecting menu options on the System > Audit > Study screen.  The Next Difference button displays in the Compare Result dialog box when multiple comparisons are available.
Confirm Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Copy Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
+ Create From Study Kits Use to create multiple Dispensing Sets that are identical to the Study Kits; this option is primarily used for convenience when dispensing is for single kits only.
Create New Phase Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Delete Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts if needed to continue.
Disable Reorder Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Discontinue Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Dispatch Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Done Click this button to dismiss a message or close a dialog box.
Dosing Configuration This button is used by administrators to configure the Dosing schedule.
Edit This button may be customized on some screens to provide details about the type of Edit that will occur for the record, e.g., Edit Roles, Edit Shipment.
Enable Reorder Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Enroll [New Subject] Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Export This button may be customized on some screen to provide details about the type of Export that will occur for the record.
Filter Click this button after making Date selections from calendar(s) to display results for the selected timeframe.
Generate Report Click this button to display a menu of Report options.  Click on an option to make a selection.  An onscreen message may display while the system creates a file based on your selection. Access the file created in the location where your system stores downloads.
Hold Use this button to place Inventory on Hold.  Use the Remove Hold button as needed.
Import The Import button may be customized on specific screens, e.g., Import Bulk Lot, Import Lot.
Inactivate A permissioned user can Inactivate records.  Also, see Activate.
Load This button displays for administration users after selecting menu options on the System > Audit > All History screen.
Logout When your RTSM session is about to expire, the screen displays a warning message with a time remaining countdown.  Click the Logout button to immediately Logout of RTSM (or click the Stay Logged In button).  Unsaved changes will be lost if system timeout occurs.
Next Click this button to proceed to the next entry on selected screens or dialog boxes.
Next Difference This button displays in the Compare Result dialog box when multiple comparisons are available.  Click this button to navigate to the Next result.
Peek Blind Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Prescreen [New Subject] Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Prescreen Fail This button displays on the Subject Summary screen for Prescreen Subject records.
Preview [Option] Use this permission-based button to preview details about your selected settings onscreen.
Process Visit Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Quarantine Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Receive Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Reject Shipment Use this button to initiate the process to Reject a Shipment.
Release Shipment Use this button to initiate the process to Release a Shipment.
Remove Hold This button displays on Inventory related screens after a record has been put on hold.
Replace Kit Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Resupply Override Ranges Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Run Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Run Simulation Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Save Click this button to retain new and updated information.
Screen [Subject] Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Screen Fail Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Select This button may be customized to indicate the process or action that will be selected when using the option.  E.g., Select Strata, Select Facility.  After clicking the button, a dialog displays options that may be selected for the category.
Site Groups Click this button to open the Site Groups dialog box.  Use the options presented as required.
Stay Logged In When your RTSM session is about to expire, the screen displays a warning message with a time remaining countdown.  Click the Stay Logged In button to prevent an automatic timeout.
[ID] Storage Condition This button displays for an administrator working on Kit Definition settings.  The [ID] may be customized, e.g., Apply Default Storage Condition.
Study Help Click the button to navigate to a screen that presents options and or files for review.
Submit Click this button to retain new and updated information and to complete a process.
Summary An administrator uses this button on selected screens under the System tab to display details about the information for the category.
Test Email This button displays for an administrator when setting up an email server for Notifications.
Transfer Click this button to initiate the process to transfer the Subject to a different Site.
[ID] Translations Buttons for managing Translations in the system display for an administrator on the System/Global Translations screen.  The action being performed determines the ID for the button name, e.g., Export Translations, Reset Translations.
Update Resupply Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Verify Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
View Blind Description Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
View Units Click this button to initiate the process; follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
Yes (and No) Click the button that is applicable for the record or the information that is being presented.
