Navigation in Mentor RTSM
Navigation features in RTSM are available on most screens including the Report screen. These options provide various ways to change your display, navigate to details, and access additional features and functions.
Scroll down for details about features and functions that are available throughout the system.
These options allow you to select the number of rows per page (screen), search, sort, filter, export, reorder, and resize columns.
Remember: When the number of grid records (rows) exceeds what the screen can accommodate, use the page control options located under the grid to display a maximum of 500 records.
To display more than 500 records in the grid, refer to the Maximum Rows Per Page details below. All records must display to be included in exported files.
The table below provides description information for buttons that are available on multiple screens in this system (permission based).

Enter complete or partial information, then click the Enter key on your keyboard or the button to the right of the search term to initiate the search feature. |

Click this button (settings) to display the following options: Show/Hide/Clear filters, adjust Row Spacing, Manage/Resize/Reorder columns, change Maximum Rows per Page. |

Click this button, located at the top right side of most grids, to change the grid display. Options include show all records available in a single grid or show on multiple pages (screens). |

Click this button to refresh the screen or grid display. When selected, the system reloads the data display in the grid from the database. Refreshed data may include data modified by other users and/or integration activities. |
Refresh Data
Click the refresh button to reload the data and update the grid results to display any data modified by a system user or integration activity.
Show Filters | Hide Filters
Click the gear icon and select the Show filters option.
Filter fields display under the grid header.
Enter characters in one or more fields to filter the grid results.
Click the gear again and select the Hide Filters options.
Maximum Rows Per Page
Use this option to show and select all when total number of grid records exceeds 500.
Some grids (e.g., Inventory) may contain a very large number of records and loading those records may take some time.
The total number of records available displays in the bottom left corner of the grid.
By default, the grid displays 20 records.
To display more than 500 records (records must display in order to be selected/select all) follow the steps below.
- Click the settings icon (gear), located above the grid on the right side.
- Select the option “Max Rows per Page” to display a dialog box.
- Enter the value for maximum number of records to display.
- To display all records, select a value that is equal to or greater than the total number of records.
- Click the Save button.
- Remember: for a large number of records, this process may take some time.
- Upon completion of the process all records now display in the grid. Optionally, click the check box in the grid header to select all records in order to Export or apply changes via the Actions menu.
