Reports in Mentor Fusion

• Mentor Fusion includes several report types that provide details about critical information for your study.
• These reports display under categories including:
• Project Management Reports
• Clinical Reports
• Outstanding Reports

Integrated coordinator/investigator accessible reports

• Click the reports tab to navigate to the Reports screen.
• Mentor Fusion displays Reports by category including Project Management Reports, Clinical Reports, and Outstanding Reports.
• Select an option from the category to display reports including (but not limited to) the following report types.
• AE/SAE Events
• eCRF Status Report
• Projected Subject Overdue Visits Report

Outstanding Reports

The Outstanding reports category allows you to navigate to your list of current tasks.

• Links display that allow you to access screens from the Reporting Portal.
• Click to select an option under the Outstanding Reports header and the system displays details and additional navigation options.
