Supported Document Types and Formats in Mentor CTMS
The Sitero Mentor CTMS allows permissioned users (Administrator and End User) to upload/download documents in supported formats. Permission is required, and this feature may not be available on all screens.
The system allows upload of files with 2 GB size limit per file (20 MB or smaller is typical).
In CTMS, this setting is configurable and may vary; contact your Project Manager for additional information.
When you use the download option, the system generates a file based on the settings you apply. Navigate to the location where your device saves downloads to access your file(s).
The table below describes the supported Document and Graphic File Formats that can be uploaded and the applicable PDF conversion support.

For a converted signed PDF “_Signed” will be appended in the file name of the original PDF file name. |
