Buttons in Mentor CTMS

The table below describes common buttons in the CTMS environment.
Refer to Save, Next, and Cancel Buttons in CTMS for additional information and screen examples.

Button Function – Description
Toggle On/Off – when gray with white ellipse on the left side, a feature is turned “Off”. This button may be customized to display specific “Off” option for the selection.
Toggle On/Off – when green with white ellipse on the right side, a feature is turned “On”. This button may be customized to display specific “On” option for the selection.
ModifyView Modify the View. Refer to Custom Views and Filters in CTMS for additional information.
EditInGridView Edit In Grid View. Refer to the Edit in Grid View details for additional information.
Click this button and the system automatically creates a *.PDF of the visible elements on the screen.
Click this button and the system automatically creates an Excel file (*.xlsx) of the visible elements on the screen.
Click this button to initiate the process to Export All Records.
Click the OK button to proceed. An email will be sent to the respective recipients with all records included as an Excel attachment. Refer to the Export All Data details for additional information.
Refresh contents of the grid.
Hover to display onscreen results information for the grid.
Open Filter
Click this button to Clear/Remove filter settings.
Arrow direction denotes sort order in column.
Search button displays when search feature is available.
Overridden – this button displays when a value is Overridden.
Click this Action column button (within dialog box) to add a new record.
Click this Action column button (within dialog box) in row for a record to edit the record.
Click this Action column button (within dialog box) in row for a record to delete the record.
Alerts Notification – when there are Alerts or Messages, a number display to show you the count of message that can be accessed by clicking this button.
Messages remain in this view until you click in the Remove check box (no confirmation is required).
Click this button to access User and System info/options, Help, and Logout buttons.
