Sitero manages security, data backup, disaster recovery, and all upgrades of the eCompliance system.

Sitero eCompliance operates a secure IT infrastructure and database environment in our Cloud for Client use.

Clients will be engaging Sitero eCompliance to use a secure account in their Sitero SaaS instance.

Sitero provides Customer Support 24 hours a day/7 days a week at Sitero Customer Support or via email: support@sitero.com.

Additionally, when your environment is ready, you will receive a user manual that includes a description of the system functions and capabilities, contingencies, and alternate modes of operation, along with step-by-step procedures for system access and use.
