Getting Started in Sitero Mentor CTMS

Configure the Sitero Mentor CTMS system to fit your needs.

Perform the following tasks in the sequence listed.

  1. In Configuration > System Configuration, complete the System Configuration setup.
  2. Go to Console > Contact Management > Institutions and add an Institution record for your company.
  3. In Console > Contact Management > Contacts add Contact Records for the company staff who use the system.
  4. In Console > User Management > Accounts add User Accounts for the company staff who use the system, link each Account to its corresponding Contact Record.
  5. In Console > User Management > Groups add Studies and Permissions for the Account records you created.

Remember: When you click the Edit button to review details about the System Information, Identifiers, Lists, Study Documentation, Site Initiation, and Milestone Configuration pages, click the Cancel button (NOT the Finish button) to exit the screen.
